At Lustre Ceylon, every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged to help ensure your gemstone arrives safely.

We currently ship within Australia and to selected international destinations.

Packaging
Every gemstone is carefully inspected before dispatch and securely packaged to help ensure it arrives safely. Where applicable, accompanying documentation and gemstone certificates will be included with your order.

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

If your order includes a special request or requires additional processing, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped using reputable courier or postal services with tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Delivery Times
Australia:2–10 business days
International:7–21 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays or carrier delays.

Customs Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an international order if you're unsure what charges may apply.

Shipping Insurance
To help protect your purchase, a basic level of shipping insurance is generally included with our complimentary shipping service. Customers who wish to insure their parcel for its full purchase value may request full shipping insurance before dispatch. Any additional insurance costs will be quoted and added to the shipping charges prior to shipment.

Lustre Ceylon cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order appears to be delayed or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.

We'll gladly assist in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and help resolve the issue.

Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of both the packaging and the item.

This allows us to investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate solution where applicable.
